As a Billing and Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing, managing client accounts, and resolving any billing disputes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the billing process, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate and timely client communications.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP to manage financial data and generate reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
