Fleet Coordinator - Immediate
PT Boga Unggul is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and be able to ensure our vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and driver management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and driver management,Ensure that all vehicles comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that all vehicles are refueled as needed,Coordinate with drivers to ensure that they are aware of all relevant safety and regulatory requirements,Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and ready for use,Monitor vehicle performance and identify any potential issues that may require attention,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all insurance policies are up-to-date🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license🛠️ Keahlian
