📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Collaborate with various departments to understand their operations and identify potential risks.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and applicable laws and regulations.
