Cafe Tono Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
