📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply of products
- Forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide valuable insights and reports to support sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and exhibitions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales merchandising, inventory management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with the healthcare and consumer products industry is a plus
- Ability to travel for business purposes
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
