📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of human capital initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in human capital management.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human capital consulting.
  • Proven track record of successful projects and client satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
