📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
  • Manage and coordinate the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.
  • Handle any complaints or issues that may arise, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Promote a positive and friendly work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk reception or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
