📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Observe and assist lead teachers in the classroom to support students with diverse needs,Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students as needed,Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies,Assist with lesson planning and preparation to support the overall curriculum,Maintain accurate records of student progress and development,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students,Assist with the preparation and implementation of special educational programs and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Previous teaching or educational support experience is a plus,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team,Understanding of inclusive education principles and practices,Experience working with students with diverse needs is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required,Valid teaching certification or relevant qualifications
