📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.,Lead and mentor a team of project staff and workers.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Handle client communications and manage stakeholder expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
