Harrisma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Project Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts in the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture), Barcode, RFID, Label, and IoT Handheld sectors. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key accounts in the AIDC, Barcode, RFID, Label, and IoT Handheld sectors.,Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.,Deliver tailored solutions and support to clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.,Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience.,Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen client relationships and market positioning.,Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role in the technology or industrial sector.,Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze account performance.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with AIDC, Barcode, RFID, Label, and IoT Handheld technologies and solutions is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
