📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of banquet events.
  • Managing event logistics, including venue setup and equipment.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  • Ensuring that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plans and timelines.
  • Assisting in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
