📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the department.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to meet business objectives.,Manage budgets and resources effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and budgets.,Strong understanding of operational and financial management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.
