As the Director of Coal Logistics, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, from mine to port, ensuring seamless coordination between mining sites, transportation providers, and port facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in logistics management, leveraging advanced tools like SAP and Transport Management Systems (TMS).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to ensure efficient coal supply chain management.
• Manage and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory operations.
• Coordinate with mining operations, port authorities, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective coal delivery.
• Leverage data analytics and advanced logistics software such as SAP and TMS to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all logistics operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coal logistics, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end logistics operations.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, TMS, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of coal mining and port operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and achieve cost savings.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards in the coal sector.
