📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and mobile payment apps.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stock levels are accurate.
• Handle cash handling duties, including counting cash, making change, and reconciling deposits.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, ordering supplies, and reporting shortages.
• Promote products and services to customers, upselling when appropriate.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of merchandise.
