PT Dwi Firdaus is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start right away. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions.,Coordinate with the management team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are being followed.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
