📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Managing and supervising a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Planning and organizing work schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.,Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or service industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with inventory management and control systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.
