📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution network, including routes, schedules, and logistics.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution efficiency and address any issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of distribution activities and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
