📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene,Oversee inventory management and ordering,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports,Assist in training and developing new staff members,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of food service operations,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Basic computer skills,Willingness to work in a hybrid model,Passionate about food and customer service
