📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from initiation to delivery.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to support decision-making.,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per agreed terms.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
