Salon Bimo Dental Clinic is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that are clear, concise, and easy to understand. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

This is a hybrid role, which means you will spend some time working from the office and some time working remotely. We are looking for someone who is passionate about writing and has a strong understanding of technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement a technical writing style guide for the company.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical writing trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
