Direct Web Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service professional to join our team in Sleman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our food and beverage service operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B service department.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Train and develop F&B staff to maintain high service levels.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inspections to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the F&B industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
