Rumah Sakit Kirana Restaurant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce expenses.,Develop and maintain comprehensive fleet management records and reports.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and have valid licenses and permits.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential issues.,Serve as a point of contact for fleet-related inquiries and concerns from employees and management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure fleet needs are met and integrated into overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
