📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization's talent needs.,Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles within the company.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Lead and mentor junior recruiters and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
