📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure our campaigns are visually stunning and on-brand.
• Work closely with the sales team to align our marketing efforts with our business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Manage our social media accounts and ensure our online presence is consistent and engaging.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
