📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate.,Process sales transactions and maintain cash registers.,Organize and maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
