📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
