📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented in accordance with our quality standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and food and beverage cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including accounting and inventory management systems.,A high school diploma or equivalent is required.,A valid driver's license is preferred.
