📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert accounting advice and support to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents.,Assist clients in implementing and maintaining effective accounting systems and controls.,Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss financial performance and provide strategic advice.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Collaborate with other consultants and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Manage and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting services consulting, with a strong focus on Indonesian accounting standards.,Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (e.g., Pajak, GAAP, and IFRS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Proficient in using accounting software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
