📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
