Hotel Maya Motor is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in various subjects, ensuring a high standard of education and student engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials.,Assess and evaluate student performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide academic and career guidance to students.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Collaborate with other educators to enhance student learning experiences.,Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational trends.,Attend to administrative tasks related to teaching, such as grading and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian educational curriculum and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not required).
