Lead and drive transformational initiatives within the organization, focusing on process improvement and continuous enhancement.,Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive cultural change.,Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.,Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, providing regular reports and recommendations for further enhancements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.,Act as a subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma, offering guidance and support to the team.,Participate in hybrid work arrangements, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.,Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt) are highly desirable.,Strong understanding of process improvement principles and tools, including DMAIC, DMADV, and Lean tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to lead and drive transformational change within an organization.,Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.,Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
