📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand's values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize our strategies.
  • Manage our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, secure, and optimized for sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and e-commerce.
  • Report on social media and e-commerce performance to the management team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for content creation and distribution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
