📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
