📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them apply what they've learned in their work.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participants, and outcomes.,Assist in the planning and coordination of company-wide training events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
