📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with industrial equipment and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair services.
• Utilize advanced tools and software such as SAP, BIM 360, and AutoCAD for efficient maintenance planning and execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff as needed.
• Document all maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of building systems and industrial equipment.
• Certification in relevant maintenance standards and safety protocols.
• Proficient in using SAP, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as required.
