📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with palm oil mills (PKS) across Indonesia.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of palm oil products.
• Conduct regular site visits to palm oil mills, assessing quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to mill managers on best practices and company policies.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to enhance our competitive position.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian palm oil industry and regulations is a plus.
