As a Finance & Accounting Specialist at Eighty One Coffee, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our team to analyze financial data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in Indonesian accounting standards (e.g., SKKNI, SKA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
