📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting health assessments and medical consultations for construction workers
• Providing first aid and emergency medical care on construction sites
• Managing and coordinating medical services for construction projects
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
• Developing and implementing wellness programs for construction workers
• Providing medical advice and guidance to construction teams
• Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to ensure health and safety standards are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (preferred)
• Knowledge of construction industry health and safety regulations
• Experience with first aid and emergency medical care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
