As a Cash Accountant, you'll be responsible for overseeing all cash transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You'll work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel, to maintain accurate financial records. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in cash accounting, who is passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and oversee all cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records on a regular basis
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including cash flow statements and bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Provide support to the finance team in the implementation of new financial processes and systems
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to financial operations
- Participate in audits and reviews as required
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in cash accounting or a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
